When we launched Silla this year, we already knew that the foodie in every Filipino - especially the spice-loving ones - would love it.

It's a family recipe that's been cooking in the kitchen since the pandemic era, 2020. The rave and the demand from family, friends, and even strangers was a pleasant surprise.

But it wasn't until February this year that we decided not to gatekeep the chili garlic anymore.

We bottled the same exact recipe - no shortcuts, no tweaks - and shared it with everyone.
